RoseMarie Diem

RoseMarie Diem, age 80, of Oregon, OH passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Orchard Villa Care Center. She was born on November 15, 1942 in Toledo, OH to John and Florence (Kosman) Jagielski. RoseMarie attended St. Hedwig Elementary School, Central Catholic, and Whitney Vocational High School. Her places of employment included Gross Electric, Lazy-Boy in Monroe, MI, Dundee High School, and the University of Michigan where she worked as a bookkeeper in the Recreation and Sports Department. An avid birdwatcher, she was a member of the Audubon Society. She also enjoyed and did extensive research in genealogy.

RoseMarie is survived by her daughter, Sandy (Joseph Woggon) Lytten; son, Robert (Connie) Lytten; grandchildren, Robert, Joey, and Alex (Amber Beecher) Lytten; sister, Gloria (Bernie) Liedigk; brothers, Carl (Karen) and John (Esther) Jagielski; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, David Diem of Dundee, MI.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 15 from 3-6 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. The funeral service will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Melodye VanOudheusden presiding. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
