David William Dybala, 79, of Toledo, passed away Friday January 14, 2022 surrounded by his loving family at the family home of 53 years. He was born September 9, 1942 to Wilma Bowers (Schweer). David was employed at Ford Motor Company at the Maumee Stamping Plant from 1973 to 2005. He married Carolyn A. Dybala on May 5, 1962. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather, he worked very hard and was the provider for the family. He loved riding his motorcycle! He was also an avid boater taking summer vacations on the islands. He was a member of the Ottawa River Yacht Club.
David was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn. Survivors include his daughters, Laura (Allison White) Duchossois and Lynette (Troy Lloyd) Oberle; grandchildren, Heather Chinery, Tiffanie Howell, Amanda Domsch, Joshua Oberle, and Kylie Johnson; 11 great-grandchildren including special great-grandson, Ashton Ridgely; one great-great-granddaughter; sisters-in-law, Kay Emenegger and Marcine Gudakunst. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 19 from 12-3 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. The Funeral Service will proceed immediately after the viewing.
